In our country today many people have their own credit card. Now a days the criminals are much more existing in our country or other out side world.
Base on my opinion the responsible for the identity theif are the consumer because he/she is the owner of that credit card so he/she should not easily trust that stranger or the other person that around you so that they should not happen anymore.The consumer should change that behavior because in case of happen again like stealing your credit card you should avoid that case.For the appropriate punishment for the identity theives are life imprisonment because he/she realize of what they doing in the costumer.
For the credit card holder my advise to you is you should be alert and wise in handling your account and personal information to make sure that you won't be scammed again.
